Induction for new Management Apprentices

This induction is for those interested in undertaking an apprenticeship in Management. To be eligible you need to be employed and supported by an employer. You need to be in a supervisory or management role or allocate tasks, monitor completion and give feedback.

The Management Apprenticeship provides you with an SVQ in Management at level SCQF7. Find out more.

  2. Why might you undertake a management apprenticeship
  3. How you will gain your management apprenticeship
  4. The process to get started

COSTS

This is fully or partially funded through Skills Development Scotland.

  1. This is free for employees aged 24 and under with only a £199 registration fee to pay.
  2. Employers will pay £1,000 for each employee 25 and over.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility criteria for full or partial funding is as follows:

  • Potential candidates must be employed by the employer
  • It is not open for those who are self-employed
  • You must not be in full time education to qualify
  • Potential candidates must be working in a role relevant to the apprenticeship being undertaken
  • Potential candidates must be aged 16 and over. We have candidates of all ages undertaking these qualifications.
  • You must be a resident of Scotland and have the right to work here.
